Hi, I’m Kayla.
I’m a late diagnosed ADHDer, professional cat herder (a.k.a Project Manager), amateur web developer and a specialised ADHD coach in training.
I spent my ENTIRE life thinking something was wrong with me, so much so it led me down the self development path (almost 5 years ago now) where I decided enough was enough and I was going to sort my sh*t out.
Well, I’m almost there. As much as I can be anyways, and I know I have a lot to offer the world and hope that my experiences, training and overall charm can help you do the same.
I live in Napier, New Zealand, with my partner, our two dogs Blue & Frank and our sassy little Stevie cat. I love all things live music, movies/TV shows and a decent trashy detective novel.
I place very high value in my own personal development & education, see below for a snippet of my qualifications:
Working towards CCE-ICF ADHD Coaching Certification
Bachelor of Building Science (Project Management)
ASIST - Suicide Intervention Skills Certification
Certificate in Counselling Skills
Leadership Development Certification
I’m proud to be undergoing certification under the CCE-ICF Continuing Coaching Education with Gold Mind Academy
After almost a decade in construction, I started seeing patterns and familiar behaviour showing a huge lack of understanding, awareness and knowledge around our mental health & wellbeing and what we can do about it.
I’ve invested thousands into myself to upskill, learn & grow, and I want to do the same for you.
I combine my years of learning with my lived experience in areas such as ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, suicide prevention & awareness training as well as being a leader and a project manager.
I am neuro-affirming, a proud ally to the LGBTQI+ community and have deep respect and admiration for other cultures.
If you spend far too much time online like I do, come find & follow me on my socials, or scroll down to be added to my mailing list.
I’ll send out weekly updates, blogs, coaching availability and share some of the epic client wins I have.
